Pastor Willie is the Founder and Lead Pastor of The Legacy Church based in Las Colinas, Texas established in September 2019. Pastor Willie is a native Texan, born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Prior to starting The Legacy Church, Pastor Willie along with his wife Callie, ministered to young adults in the North Texas area for 10 years. Pastor Willie received his Biblical Counseling Certification from Southwestern Theological Seminary and has been counseling couples for nearly 20 years.  Prior to his ministry experience, Pastor Willie served proudly in the USAF and is an Operation Desert Storm Veteran.
    As Lead Pastor, he sets the spiritual tone and culture of The Legacy Church, modeling Christlike character in how he lives, leads, and loves others. His heart is to see individuals and families grow in faith, walk in purpose, and leave a lasting legacy rooted in God’s truth.
    Pastor Willie and Callie have been married since 1998 and live in The DFW Metroplex. They are the proud parents of three adult children: Ebonye, Terrell and Liana: and one perfect grandson, Auggie.

Taylor oversees day-to-day operations at The Legacy Church, ensuring all ministries, staff, and systems operate with clarity, efficiency, and alignment to the church’s vision. She leads communication, workflow, and organizational structure while working closely with Pastor to foster a culture of accountability, unity, and excellence.

Arleya ensures The Legacy Church’s mission, culture, and operations remain aligned with its vision.  She oversees all HR functions, personnel matters, and compliance, helping maintain a culture of integrity, professionalism, and a healthy  environment for staff and volunteers.

Patrick supports Essence in all digital and visual communication efforts. He specifically oversees video, photography, and creative execution. Patrick helps lead the team and ensures content stays aligned with the church's mission. 

Kelci leads the congregation into authentic, Spirit-led worship and cultivates an environment where people can encounter God. She oversees all vocalists and musicians, prepares worship sets, leads rehearsals, and partners with the Production Team to ensure each service flows with excellence.

Trent oversees all technical and visual elements of worship services and events, ensuring each experience is executed with excellence. He manages production systems, presentation media, and the production team while creating an environment that supports worship and minimizes distractions.

David supports the Aiyana in overseeing the ministry by ensuring volunteers are equipped, classrooms are covered, and the children’s church environment is safe, welcoming, and Spirit-led.

Diondra supports Aiyana in overseeing ministry operations by ensuring all volunteers are equipped, classrooms are covered, and the children’s church environment remains safe, welcoming, and Spirit-led.

Chi-Cory leads the team that supports members during life’s most difficult moments, ensuring they are surrounded with prayer, encouragement, and practical care. He oversees efforts to make every individual feel seen, loved, and supported during times of sickness, loss, or hardship.

Jasmine ensures all church events and initiatives are planned, aligned, and executed with excellence. She creates a smooth runway from idea to execution by coordinating across departments, providing structure, and ensuring every team is prepared and working together effectively.
